Tools for Assessing Sectoral Corruption
& Integrity in Europe & Eurasia

Based on the latest thinking about the political economy of the post-communist states in Europe and Eurasia, the IRIS Center has developed a series of micro-analytic tools to help reformers collect and apply information about corruption and integrity that improves the design, implementation, and evaluation of targeted reform initiatives.

These tools — the output of USAID's Enhancing Anticorruption Programming in Europe & Eurasia (EECOR) project — build on, complement, and overcome the programming limitations of information derived from broad indices and macro surveys, allowing USAID Missions to identify where anticorruption programs may be most needed or most likely to succeed.
